Beschreibung
This course will deal with grammatical phenomena from a cross-linguistic and a diachronic perspective. Special attention will be paid to aspects of morphology and syntax as well as the way they are implemented and interrelated across languages and language stages. The main focus will be on Romance and Germanic languages but we will also look at broader typological comparisons.
