Hinweise zum Inhalt der Veranstaltung für Gasthörende
In this seminar, current topics in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) are discussed. The main focus is on methods used in wind turbine aerodynamics. Simulation methods of flow devices, noise and stall are part of the seminar. Nevertheless, future developments in CFD are also approached. Non-CFD based methods and current problems in wind turbine aerodynamics can be addressed, if needed by the audience.

Hinweise zur Teilnahme für Gasthörende
The participants should have a basic background on CFD methods and wind turbine aerodynamics. The knowledge on mathematical methods should be profound.
