Nano-Optik

Teilbereich B – Nano-Optik

Der Teilbereich B – Nano-Optik – ist am Institut für Physik angesiedelt und untersucht die Dynamik von Ladungstransferprozessen in photovoltaischen Systemen sowie die optischen Eigenschaften von plasmonischen Nanostrukturen[i],[ii] und betreibt Methodenentwicklung auf dem Gebiet der ultraschnellen Nano-Optik[iii],[iv]. Alle diese Untersuchungen zielen auf ein vertieftes Verständnis von lichtinduzierten Energiewandlungsprozessen in Nanostrukturen[v]ab, ein Schlüsselfeld für die Entwicklung zukünftiger lichtgetriebener Energiewandlungssysteme.
