Biography

Daniel Marquardt received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in Media Technology with focus on Audio-Visual Technology from Ilmenau University of Technology, Germany in 2010. During his studies he spent one year as a visiting student at the Tampere University of Technology, Finland. After working at Fraunhofer IDMT and Nuance Communications, Inc in the field of binaural acoustics, objective assessment of audio quality and speech signal processing he joined the University of Oldenburg where he obtained his Ph.D in the field of signal processing for binaural hearing devices in November 2015. Since November 2015 he is working as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oldenburg.
