As in the past years the Postgraduate Programme Renewable Energy at the University of Oldenburg will hold a 4-day workshop on mass dissemination of domestic biodigesters.
The course will cover biochemistry, planning and technology of biodigesters in developing countries.
The topics are ranging from planning, construction and operation to financing, policy implementation and local market development!
Long term experiences will be presented by specialists of bio-digester programmes in (south-east) Asian countries. Our experts from SNV Netherlands have been working in several biogas-programmes tailored to rural areas of developing countries for more than 20 years.
The workshop will be held together with the current students of Postgraduate Programme Renewable Energy (www.ppre.de).
