The "Joint Research Academy in Biomedical Engineering and Science of Hearing and Sensory Systems" (JRA) provides a dedicated support structure for young academics from the moment they obtain their first academic degree until they reach professorship or a position in industry. The JRA offers educational, financial and organisational support for early career researchers to develop their research skills within the scope of the Cluster of Excellence "Hearing4all".

The PhD programme "Auditory Sciences" is a joint programme of three universities: Hannover Medical School, Leibniz Universität Hannover and Oldenburg University, established by A. Kral and Thomas Lenarz at Hannover Medical School and offers several courses specific to the auditory sciences. More information is available here:
